Hydration on the go!

Well, School is ending… and we’re heading back into weekends filled with Kids Club Sports under the hot sun.

Over the years I have developed a system that works best for our family, when it comes to staying hydrated, and having the comforts of home on the road!

My husband is the easiest, and is content with just gas station coffee. Our kids on the other hand need something from Dunkin’ or Starbucks – but are often content with a carnation instant breakfast, a piece of fruit and a granola bar.

I would have to say that I’m the most complex. If I can’t make an omelet or avocado toast (which I have started buying the individual avocado packs from Costco), then I just grab an OWYN Shake + make a large ice water with a packet of Grape Ultima.

When we are more settled or at a hotel, I enjoy making my Iced Matcha Lattes with my Collagen Peptides, Benefiber, Pure Maple Syrup and a splash of Vanilla Nut Pod. It’s the perfect Kick, without too many jitters.

Here is a video explaining how I make my iced Matcha Latte on the road.
